The FY 2017-18 topical call series focused on supporting subgrantees and facilities to improve the administration and evaluation of Title I, Part D (TIPD) programs. The second call in this series focused on building the capacity of subgrantees and facilities. Mr. Dickard from ED’s Office of Safe and Healthy Students discussed the Every Student Succeeds Act and relevant changes to Title I, Part D, which he recently shared in a presentation at the national Title I conference.
