COVID-19 Coordinator Forums
  NDTAC’s COVID-19 Coordinator Forums offered an opportunity for state Title I, Part D (Part D) coordinators to discuss challenges, questions, strategies, and resources aimed at continuing programs and services amidst the pandemic. The forums included overviews of Federal COVID-19 related resources and facilitated discussions prompted by recent coordinator queries. Part D coordinators from California, Florida and Nebraska were kind enough to share State guidance and related resources.  
Do you have any suggestions on how our coordinators and the programs they administer might develop partnerships with local institutions of higher education, especially as they consider program evaluation support?
David Houchins (Associate Professor, Georgia State University): The institution (university) can create publications from the program data. Potentially another option would be the development or partnership as a TA center. It has to be a give and take of providing services and meeting the requests of the higher education personnel to promote their work. It is doable. Supporting Subgrantees and Facilities to Improve TIPD Programs (Call 1)
This year’s topical call series is focused on supporting subgrantees and facilities to improve the administration and evaluation of Title I, Part D (TIPD) programs. The first call in this series covered the importance of - and challenges and strategies related to - relationship-building, communication, and coordination between SEAs, subgrantees, and facilities to improve TIPD programs. 
Maryland's Fall Administrative Technical Assistance Meeting
NDTAC State Liaisons, Liann Seiter and Lauren Amos, provided on-site technical assistance to Title I, Part D subgrantees in Maryland. Liann Seiter presented three years of Maryland's data from the Consolidated State Performance Report. Lauren Amos discussed civil rights obligations to students served by juvenile justice facilities and showed how to access data from the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC).
